Job Description

Anatole at the Pines seeks an enthusiastic, friendly, and organized Assistant Property Manager with previous experience with a Class A community.

-Maintain accurate resident records

-Deposit all receipts prior to bank close each day

-Updates required reports concerning move-out notices, activity, etc. daily

-Organizes and files all applicable reports, leases, and paperwork

-Accepts service requests from residents and routes to maintenance for prompt processing

-Position requires at least two years of experience as a Leasing Consultant or Assistant Manager on a Class A property
