Job Description

The Corporate Support Specialist acts as support for the Senior Vice President. 

 Job Duties:

  •  Assist Senior Vice President with all necessary duties, including working on-site as support
  • Handle queries and requests appropriately 
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and arrange catering if needed
  • Order office supplies and schedule vendors as needed
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Assist with new Management agreements
  • Other duties as assigned
