Groundskeeper/Housekeeper

Job Description

Biltmore at the Park seeks a skilled Groundskeeper/Housekeeper with previous groundskeeping and landscaping experience. 

• Walks the property and removes litter, debris, and pet droppings from the grounds
• Clean and maintains model homes daily
• Performs “trash-out” duties at vacated apartments each day
• Transfers trash and other items left outside of the dumpster into the dumpster
• Assists with “make-ready” duties
• Help maintain storage areas
• Cleans the office, club room, and restrooms in common areas
• Keeps vacant apartment homes fresh and ready for new residents
