Groundskeeper

Job Description

The Residences at Panther Hollow seeks a skilled Groundskeeper with previous groundskeeping and landscaping experience. 

-Walks the property and removes litter, debris, and pet droppings from the grounds

-Clean and maintains model homes daily

-Performs “trash-out” duties at vacated apartments each day.

– Transfers trash and other items left outside of the dumpster into the dumpster

– Assists with “make-ready” duties 

– Help maintain storage areas

– Performs interior and exterior painting duties

– Change locks and makes keys

– Repairs and replaces windows, screens, sliding glass doors, etc.
