Property Manager

Job Description

NE Property Management seeks an enthusiastic, friendly, and organized Property Manager with previous experience with a Class A community. 

-Ensures that all rents are collected when due and posted promptly

-Deposit all receipts prior to bank close each day

-Updates required reports concerning move-out notices, activity, etc. daily

-Submits all invoices to the corporate office for payment

-Performs evictions, utility cut-offs, and landlord liens as required on delinquent rents

-Responsible for office opening on schedule, condition of office, and model apartments

-Monitors and schedules all maintenance activities
